Tasha & Ryan: An Intimate San Jose Del Cabo Beach Wedding

We casually strolled back toward the resort, having just watched the sun break over the Gulf of California and curling our toes in the buttery soft sand as we climbed the sloping beach.  And there in the distance stood Tasha, on the balcony of her room, breathing in the crisp air and savoring the tangerine sky of the morning of her wedding. She waved at us as we walked towards her, hesitating to shout hello and risk waking her groom.  As we passed, she thoughtfully returned to her contemplation; a peaceful, present awareness that remained the vibe for the rest of the day.

Tasha and Ryan had dreamed of an intimate wedding in a serene and relaxing paraíso de la playa.  They exchanged their vows to each other on a terrace at Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos Resort, with the beautiful sound of waves crashing behind them and views of the mountains to the west in Palmilla.  Ryan held her hand close to his chest through much of the ceremony, and gently kissed it after placing the ring on her finger.  The minister asked them to take a few minutes of silence to just soak in the gravity of the moment.

For Tasha and Ryan, though, soaking it in feels more like a way of life.  They are deeply passionate and incredibly thoughtful about their lives and about each other, and we were privileged to witness them becoming married.
