A Night of Reflection: 2015 Edition

We love New Years here in Chateau Lowe. It’s an incredible time of reflection, planning, dreaming, and seemingly new traditions every year! Last year’s new tradition was watching the New Years Celebration in London as our countdown, because it’s seriously epic! This year’s new tradition is homemade pizza, because we finally stumbled upon the most amazing gluten free pizza crust on the planet!

And before we start our quiet night of reflection, celebration, wine, and pizza, we wanted to reflect on this year in our business. While we’ve learned a lot, the biggest thing we’ve realized, on an even deeper level, is WHY we love photography. Simply put, it is for the moments that we get to turn into often tear-inducing art for our clients. It’s the emotion so clearly displayed in the faces, the hand gestures, the glances. It is the smaller stories that art part of the bigger love story, which is so beautifully unique for each couple. It’s the photos that make you look twice and wonder what’s going on; what just happened; what did he just say. And for the end of 2015, we wanted to share our favorites!
